About Emme

Our purpose is to empower women to understand their bodies and move with confidence.

Emme Health is a women’s health and fitness app created to help women understand their bodies, work with their hormones and find movement that fits their lives.

Emme was created by the Emme Health Team, who recognised a gap in the fitness space. There was plenty of advice about how women should exercise, but not enough that considered the individual woman behind the workout, including her body, her menstrual cycle, her energy and how she actually feels.

We created Emme Health to change that.

At Emme Health, we believe fitness shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Your body changes throughout your menstrual cycle, and your energy, motivation and capacity can change with it. Understanding these changes can help you make more informed choices about movement, recovery and your overall well-being.

Emme Health brings fitness and female health together, helping you understand your cycle and choose movement that works with your body and your life. Whether you're an athlete, just starting your fitness journey, or simply wanting to understand your body better, Emme Health is designed to meet you where you are.

The Name

Emme represents strength, wholeness and individuality. Most importantly, it contains the word “me” because your health journey should be about you.

Your body. Your goals. Your wellbeing.

Our branding is inspired by the moon and the natural cycles of the female body. Just as the moon moves through different phases, women experience changing hormonal and energy levels throughout their menstrual cycle. This idea sits at the heart of Emme: learning to recognise these changes and respond to your body with balance, awareness and compassion.

No comparison.

No extreme routines.

No one-size-fits-all approach.

Just a smarter, more personal approach to women's health and fitness.
